Flea Market Tales-Prudhommes Antique Market

Here’s another down and dirty flea market for y’all. This one is just off the QEW on the way to the Niagara region where I am from and where I have a cottage. Prudhomes is one of those awesome flea markets where the prices are dirt cheap and you can feel rich with $50 in your pocket.

This beautiful old derelict house over looking lake Ontario is slated for eventual demolition and development, but in the meantime there are approximately 25 vendors in the house and cabins on its grounds.

The best finds are found strewn around the lawn and in the attic and basement of the house.

These three guys are the triumvirate of power here at Prudhommes with Terry (left) being the supreme leader. Terry has the best stuff hands down! He’s a guy with a passion for picking and can always be counted on for quantity, quality and variety in his pickings.

Terry’s storage booth, enter if you dare!

Here are a couple photos of random stuff in Terry’s attic domain. You can pretty much always find good globes, vintage books, picture frames, bridge lamps, clocks, etc up there.
